Santana Films only accepts materials from agents, managers, reputable producers, and production companies. This policy is intended to avoid any potential misunderstandings if your original work seems similar to one of our films, since many works and submissions are based on the same or similar ideas. Accordingly, we ask that you not send us any original creative ideas or materials. If, despite our stated policy, you still submit your creative ideas and/or materials, you hereby expressly acknowledge and accept that Santana Films will not be obligated to treat your submission as confidential or proprietary and your submission will become property of Santana Films. You will have no further right, claim, or remedy.
